Refund Policy

Hey babe! Thank you for your purchase!

Parks + Price & Southern Charm Home has a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, new and unused.

To start a return, you can contact me at parksandprice.tay@gmail.com. If your return is accepted please be aware that you are responsible for all return shipping charges. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like, hats, bikinis, sunglasses and jewelry.   Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted you will get store credit to make your new purchase. However if the new item is more than the original item then you are responsible for paying the difference in cost. 


Refunds
I will notify you once I have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be given store credit or an exchange for something else that you would like. 

If the package is damaged- as a small business I cannot promise a 100% refund because as we all know things get damaged in the mailing process sometimes, so if that is the case I am happy to give you store credit or exchange for the items you purchased.
